User’s Guide to Supported Housing

“Moving to Supported Housing: A User’s Guide for Adult Home Residents,” is a resource guide for adult homes residents covered by the settlement in the federal class action, O’Toole v. Cuomo. This guide, which explains adult home residents’ rights related to supported housing and services in the community, and the resources available to residents as they transition to the community, was created by the Adult Home Research Group at the Nathan Kline Institute. NYLPI, along with other disability advocacy organizations, participated as a reviewer of this guide.
