What We Do
The Pro Bono Clearinghouse screens and refers requests for free legal assistance for organizations to over 90 member law firms and corporate legal departments. Last year alone, NYLPI placed over 225 pro bono matters with volunteer lawyers, who use their expertise to improve the quality of life for underrepresented New Yorkers. A list of recent cases is available in our newsletter Pro Bono Matters.
