Mr. Wood spoke about the environmental justice burdens of school bus depots, and the unequal burden that toxic emissions from bus engines place on New York’s environmental Justice communities, including a map of bus depot concentration. Ms. Boone spoke about the numerous problems faced by students with disabilities in their transportation to and from school.
